Hello and welcome to Baked by Fiona

The Baked By Fiona website is a place where I share my baking creations. 

I baked all my cakes and pastries from scratch, and the buttercream, ganache, icings and fillings were also made using the freshest of ingredients.

Each cake I created was different and made individual for my cake loving friends and family.

I'm no longer baking or taking cake orders. Thank you to all my customers for supporting BakedByFiona over the years. 

A little about me, Fiona

I'm a qualified pastry cook, having completed the Retail Baking certificate course at NSI TAFE, and I have an Associate Diploma in Catering and Hospitality Management.

I've always loved baking and I've always loved creating, making beautiful cakes that taste delicious is a perfect combination for me.

I have used the same chocolate cake recipe for the last 30 years, and it is still delicious. I have tried many other recipes and have always returned to this one.

I believe a cake or pastry should not only look good, but should be flavoursome and delectable to eat.

I enjoy using seasonal produce and preserving in season produce to use as flavourings in my cakes and fillings.
