My cakes and pastries are baked and created just for you, I would love to create a beautiful and delicious custom cake or pastries for your next occasion.
I am based in Willoughby on Sydney's lower north shore. Cakes are collected from Willoughby.
Please book as far in advance as you can. Your cake booking will not be confirmed until a deposit has been received. Final details of your cake must be received at least one week prior to pick up.
Please note: I currently make buttercream cakes, I do not make fondant covered theme/shaped cakes at this time.

birthday and celebration cakes
Cakes have a minimum of two layers of cake with a generous layer of filling, covered with buttercream frosting and decorated.

frosting, chocolate drip and decorations:
Your cake will be filled Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate (dark, milk or white chocolate) ganache, salted caramel sauce or fruit curd. Sometimes a combination of fillings are used.
The cake will be coated with Swiss meringue buttercream, or can be left as a semi naked cake. Decorations include meringue kisses, coloured chocolates and simple piped buttercream.

6" round tower cake : $180.00 (4 layers of cake with buttercream filling, stands approximately 20cm high)

8" round cake : $180.00 (2 layers of cake with buttercream filling, approximately 10cm high)

Each cake is individually created, the images of my cakes on this website are to give you inspiration and ideas.
Extras: cake numbers are $5.00 per digit; my handmade cake bunting toppers start from $30.00. Other decorations which can incur an additional cost are fresh flowers, chocolate drizzle, edible gold or silver leafing.

from $70.00 for 12 gourmet cupcakes (cupcakes topped with buttercream frosting along with lollies, chocolates, mini Oreos or edible flowers; or filled with chocolate ganache, lemon curd or salted caramel)
$85.00 for 24 mini cupcakes (mini cupcakes decorated with buttercream frosting and sprinkles)
There is a minimum of 12 cupcakes/24 mini cupcakes per flavour.
Priced from $80.00. These cakes are baked in a beautiful Bundt pan which are then decorated with a drizzle and a buttercream crown. Can serve 16-20 people. A perfect cake option if you'd like a delicious cake for dessert, an afternoon tea or high tea ... no excuse is needed for a Bundt cake. You can choose from my popular cake flavours for this cake; chocolate, coconut and raspberry, vanilla, coconut and lime, lemon and blueberry; the buttercream crown will then be matched to the cake flavour.
$150.00 (the giant cupcake is approximately 20cm high, has one layer of buttercream filling and piped buttercream topping; any additional decorations are additional to this price).
$160.00. This includes 31 standard sized cupcakes arranged on a tiered board with 3 colours of piped buttercream toppings and piped leaf decorations.
tarts and mini tarts
My tarts, large and small, are made with my handmade sweet shortcrust pastry. Prices vary based on size, fillings and flavours.

- Almond tarts with seasonal fruit
