Hello and welcome to Baked by Fiona
The Baked by Fiona kitchen is located on Sydney's lower North Shore (between North Sydney and Chatswood).
I bake all cakes and pastries from scratch, and the buttercreams, ganache, icings and fillings are also made using the freshest of ingredients.
Each cake I create is different, and made individual for my cake loving friends and family.

A little about me, Fiona
I'm a qualified pastry cook, having completed the Retail Baking certificate course at NSI TAFE, and I have an Associate Diploma in Catering and Hospitality Management.
I've always loved baking and I've always loved creating, making beautiful cakes that taste delicious is a perfect combination for me.
I have used the same chocolate cake recipe for the last 30 years, and it is still delicious. I have tried many other recipes and have always returned to this one.
I believe a cake or pastry should not only look good, but should be flavoursome and delectable to eat.
I enjoy using seasonal produce and preserving in season produce to use as flavourings in my cakes and fillings. My homemade candied lemons give a lovely zesty flavour to my lemon and blueberry butter cakes.
